Project Description
The low bid on the original version of this project was more than 30% above what the School Board had anticipated. As the low bidder, the Owner asked Wiens & Company to propose modifications to reduce the cost of the project to their comfort level. Not only did we meet their cost expections, we were able to improve the plan efficiency and increase sqare footage of the project by 27%.
